Brewing 102 - November 17th 2018
Of the numerous ways to make coffee, Pourover is one of our favourites. Whether it’s an 8-cup Chemex to enjoy with company after dinner, or a Hario V60 during your coffee break at work, Pourovers can highlight some of the phenomenal flavour notes we find in our favourite beverage. Though simple in nature, this method can be tweaked in endless ways to adjust your brew. Brewing 102 dives into the ins and outs of the variables of extraction, while providing you with several new recipes to try in-class and at home. If you enjoy manually brewing your coffee at home, come get nerdy with us as we explore the wonderful flavours and variable methods of making coffee!

- Tips and tricks to perfect your brew,
