Brewing a great cup of coffee is neither magic nor sorcery. By controlling only a few variables, anyone can learn to consistently create an exceptional cup of coffee. In recent years, the Hario V60 and Aeropress brewers have both enjoyed popularity and widespread adoption by coffee enthusiasts and professionals alike. In this course, students will learn how to use each of these versatile brewers and how to tailor a small number variables to achieve a desirable flavour profile.
